Cancellation Policy
Dear LeVisa Clients,
LeVisa Massage Spa & Wellness steam is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer does not-show, it prevents another clients from being served. No shows have an impact on service quality while punishing customers who may show up. For these reasons, LeVisa Massage Spa & Wellness has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictily observed.
- FULL PAYMENT
Registration is completed when we receive your full payment. Payments can be online, or by calling and receiving an invoice via text, for the service you want to book.
- CANCELLATION REQUEST
Cancellation request may be submitted by phone, text or email. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. Full payment will be refunded if cancellation is within 24 hours of your service. The cancellation of the service after 24 hours will be subject to a charge of 50% of the price of the service.
